I ordered 2 scooters in Black Friday but a week later was told one was not actually in stock (their stock system didn't show they were sold out so they carried on selling when they didn't have the stock in the warehouse!). Whilst this is bad enough, I understand these things can happen, but what makes a difference is how the company handle it. Well, this has also been AWFUL. I chased and chased for a refund and confirmation that the rest of my order would be delivered, only to be told over 2 weeks later (and just over a week until Christmas!) that in fact the other scooter I ordered was also out of stock and wouldn't be delivered! It is now too late to order from another retailer as it is sold out everywhere else. Safe to say Micro-scooters have ruined Christmas for my children who have specifically asked for these scooters from Father Christmas. The communication has been so poor. I spoke to yet another person in customer services yesterday to arrange a replacement scooter (in a different colour) and asked to receive an email to confirm this is now on its way (as I have lost all trust and am worried nothing will arrive by Christmas). Of course I did not receive any email confirmation and am having to spend time chasing them AGAIN. I will never shop from this website again. I like the scooters but will only buy from a retailer like John Lewis or Selfridges as I think they are safer and more trustworthy.
Worst customer service I have ever received from a company. The purchase was not a problem it was when I realised that I had ordered the wrong colour. I rang them straight away and was basically told that they would not do anything about it. I would have to receive the wrong colour and pay to return it even though it had not been shipped! Wow, what a disgrace! They are happy to take your order then don't care about you after that. Beware!

I needed a bolt for a grandchild's scooter. Sent a photo via WhatsApp (all sellers should offer that), got a very quick response. The new part is a very reasonable price, so too is postage.

Initially got in touch via whatsapp to say I was yet to receive my order (I had waited longer than their specified time), after some initial to and fro the customer service managed to allocate my order and get it sorted. They then called me to confirm all was sorted and offered a part refund which was processed quickly.
Shame about the delay but was sorted efficiently with minimal issues.
Great customer service. Bought a helmet and the strap broke, they sent a replacement within 2 days.
They were super quick and helpful with my handle bar issue!
Very good customer service, using either chat or telephone. Quick to respond when the product was faulty.
